Digital crochet patterns are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns and exchanges are not available.

Physical Items

Crochet kits and handmade items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will arrange a replacement or refund.
